Funding Creates the Growth That Provides Enhancement

For ninty-three years, SMH has led with the tradition of compassionate care. Throughout the process, we have developed the Agape Fund; providing benevolent care ministry to our residents to help offset the costs throughout the continuum of care.

Each year, SMH plans events and projects to raise money for the Agape Fund such as our Annual Anniversary Celebration held in May as well as our Annual Golf Classic held in September. Contributions to the fund, however, are accepted at any time throughout the year using Memorial gifts to enlarge the fund.

Every year, SMH has capital projects that address needed opportunities for our residents, administrators and staff. These projects are authorized by the SMH Board for implementation by Development.         In previous years, there have been several projects completed with the help of the Agape Fund, such as the completion of an apartment elevator project, courtyard reconstruction and the creation of our sign at the corner of Cowpath Road and Green Street.

 We invite you to share in the Agape Fund by making a donation. Your partnership with SMH will help create growth, which will inturn enhance the services we provide to our residents. There are wonderful opportunities to support SMH through wills, estates, deferred gifts, trusts, IRAs, real estate, CDs and gifts-in-kind.
